• We provide expert planning advice to clients on appeals: written representations, hearings and public inquiries; at Examination in Public hearings, and in Court cases.
• We specialise in working with Local Planning Authorities and other agencies on all matters relating to planning enforcement.  We undertake site investigations, advise on planning and enforcement law, assess expediency of taking enforcement action, write reports and draft Enforcement & Planning Contravention Notices and Untidy Site Notices.
